Spreadable and creamy and made from 100% Greek yogurt our Labneh is made from the yogurt we use in our Tsatziki. It is strained for days to release as much yogurt whey as possible turning the remaining yogurt to a thick fresh cheese. The only other ingredient is sea salt for flavour. Speaking of flavour... Labneh tends to develop more complex flavours as it ages, which typically occurs one to two weeks after it is made. The Labneh can be used as a dip and spread and also in savory foods. Spread on your choice of bread or simply drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and dip away.


Our Lebanese Yogurt Dip contains no gelatin or sour cream. It is made with 100% Greek yogurt from a local farmer in Abbottsford, BC. It’s filled with flavour and we added the secret ingredient of Zaatar (wild Thyme blend) to give it an extra kick.

Baba Ganoush Smoked Eggplant Dip

According to Middle Eastern food lore, Baba Ganoush alludes to an elderly, toothless father -or baba- whose daughter had to mash his food because he wasn’t able to chew it. The reason it is called Beirut style is because you will find hummus mixed with Zaatar in trendy bars and restaurants in Beirut but not likely anywhere else in the country.

It has a nice smooth peanut butter texture and flavour to it and is not as bitter as other Tahini brands on the market. It can be made into Japanese sesame dressing, cookies, or a marinade for meats. It can even go into your daily smoothies to add protein, vitamins and minerals.
