Cashew Curry Dipping Sauce





Cashew Curry

200g Regular Cashew Hummus
2 Tbsp Red Curry Paste, or more to taste
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Dash garlic powder

Mix all dipping ingredients together, stir well until blended. Add more or less red curry paste to desired heat level. Serve alongside your favourite French fry variation.
