Habibi’s Beirut Style Hummus is a slice of herb heaven. We combined our herb infused hummus with smoked salmon and crispy pita bread- enjoy!
Ingredients
2 large Pitas
Habibi’s Beirut Style Hummus
½ Cucumber, diced
100g Smoked Salmon
Radish Microgreens
Fresh Cilantro
Chia Seeds
Method
Preheat oven to 350. Brush both sides of the pitas with olive oil. Cut pitas into 8 triangles and lay in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes to crisp pita triangles.
When cooled, top with Habibi’s Beirut Style Hummus, diced cucumbers, smoked salmon, radish microgreens, cilantro and chia seeds.
